Once you've booked be sure to let us know so we will know how many to have the meeting room set for.

We need to get back to the hotel by mid-January, so please RSVP at your earliest convenience. If we get enough interest, we'll finalize the plans and tell you how to secure your reservation. So far we have 11 "Yes" responses from the email announcement of the meeting.

We're planning a Comet User's Meeting for next April in New Orleans! As always, there is no charge to attend the meeting but you are responsible for your personal expenses. Here's the info:

St. Christopher Hotel
114 Magazine Street
New Orleans

April 16-20 (meeting begins the morning of April 17th). We will meet Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings, leaving the rest of those days free for enjoying the sites.

Room rate including breakfast buffet:
Mon $125
Tues thru Thurs $139/night
add 13% tax to room rate, plus $1/day
If you'd like to extend your stay on either end, Sunday, April 15 the discount rate is $179.00 –this is the last day of the French Quarter Festival and the city is very busy. Friday, April 20 the discount rate is $159.00 per night.

Airport shuttle is $38 round trip. For those of you who would drive, valet parking is available for $28/day with in/out privileges.
