Ok its a year off, but it is October now.

Imagine that is next year, is there anything happening now that we need to consider.

Lots of people are coming from out of town, how is the weather ? , what is the fall doing ? How far do we need to got to see some great fall colours - outside of Central Park?

How far out do we need to think about accommodation. ?

If the meeting is at Jon Sacks's office, where is it and should we try to be reasonably close to there ?
