We're planning a Comet User's Meeting for next March in San Antonio, Texas!
As always, there is no charge to attend the meeting but you are responsible for your personal expenses.
Here's the info:

March 16-19 (meeting begins the morning of March 17th). We will meet Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings, leaving the rest of those days free for enjoying the sights.

Room rate including breakfast buffet, afternoon snacks, and happy hour snacks:
$154.99 single or double occupancy, plus 16.75% tax

You can book the Go Shuttle [3] for airport transportation for about $19 each way. For those of you who would drive, valet parking is available for $21/day with in/out privileges.

The hotel is holding a block of rooms for us but they do expect to be quite busy that week with Spring Break and St. Patrick's Day. We encourage you to reserve your room as soon as you can commit to make sure you get the group hotel rates. Reservations received after Monday, February 23, 2015 will be provided on a space-available basis at prevailing rates.

Please make your room reservations directly with the hotel by reserving online: [4]. Enter Group number 2229597 and click "Verfiy group number". It will indicate Signature Systems. Reservations may also be made by calling 1-800-325-0720 and refer to Group number 2229597. Once you've booked be sure to let us know so we will know how many to have the meeting room set for.
