Comet Meeting -- March 2015

We're planning a Comet User's Meeting for next March in San Antonio, Texas!
As always, there is no charge to attend the meeting but you are responsible for your personal expenses.
Here's the info:

March 16-19 (meeting begins the morning of March 17th). We will meet Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings, leaving the rest of those days free for enjoying the sights.

Room rate including breakfast buffet, afternoon snacks, and happy hour snacks:
$154.99 single or double occupancy, plus 16.75% tax

You can book the Go Shuttle for airport transportation for about $19 each way. For those of you who would drive, parking is available for $21/day with in/out privileges.

The hotel is holding a block of rooms for us but they do expect to be quite busy that week with Spring Break and St. Patrick's Day. We encourage you to reserve your room as soon as you can commit to make sure you get the group hotel rates.

Please make your room reservations directly with the hotel by calling () -. Tell them you're with the Signature Systems group so you'll get the published rates. If you have any problems, our contact at the hotel is xxxxx and she would be happy to help you. Once you've booked be sure to let us know so we will know how many to have the meeting room set for.
