My apologies to anyone who may be looking at this at the moment,
something has gone quite strange with the formatting down in the food section,
I am fiddling with it to ascertain what I have done wrong

Jim assures us that the strange leafed plants are cacao and it is normal to intersperse it with gum trees in six foot high grass. Oh and by the way , can anyone see the track we came in on ?

Whilst some of us were enjoying the sights of the island Jim and a hardy bunch of chocaholics had returned to SSI to begin the chocolate making process
The complicated process required fermenting the cocao beans and then grinding them for days in the red machine in the background.
Eventually three days later the final process, the chocolate is extruded into the plastic cases below.

Barb prided herself on being the first there every morning - about 6.30AM. On the last morning I found out why

This line is in here because the formatting went quite peculiar at this point.
The headings from below were appearing betwen the two pictures above.
In frustration I put a line of garbled characters, And lo & behold it didn't display between the pictures, but when I tidied it up, it moved back up there. So I leave it here for your next master class in Wiki design.

Food played an important role during the week

Jim and Louisa ably assisted by apprentice chef Justin and short order chef Brian prepared meals to delight and tantalise the finest programmers in the world of Comet.

Along with a few red wines

There was the occasional bottle of red wine to complement the fare

Gerry "ulu" Bennet points out the finer points of breadfruit cuisine to an attentive head chef and Karl was always on hand to taste test

I have just noticed that all the photos of Barb include food or wine, she did actually do some work as well

Ooops - glass of wine in hand, sorry Barb
